Do not use this returns process for products purchased from Amazon or third party sellers as we will not be able to assist with a refund where someone else has processed your payment. This process and guarantee is only for products purchased directly on this site.

You must obtain proof of postage when making your return. Returns will not be accepted without a proof of postage, or a valid tracking number that shows the delivery being received at our warehouse.

Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.

Before returning your product we ask that you contact customer services first using the link above. The guarantee is valid only if the following conditions and stipulations are met and agreed upon:



a) The amount of time the product takes to work varies from person to person. Please allow at least 6 weeks of daily use as described on the product to see intended results. If at that time you do not feel that you've experienced the desired results, at that point you may contact us for a refund.



b) The guarantee is valid within 90 days of the initial purchase receipt date. This is the date that the delivery was made, or the date the delivery was shipped in cases where a proof of delivery is not available.

c) Return any used, empty bottles and any unused unopened ones. Please also include a note, with your order reference number on (the one starting HEAR-).

The return shipping fee will be at the responsibility of the customer.

You must obtain proof of postage when making your return in the event a delivery goes missing or we’re unable to locate it at the warehouse. Please send the tracking number for the return to support@audiens.net. Do not send photos or scans as they may be removed by our helpdesk software if they are over a certain size. Refunds processed through credit card transactions may take 3-7 business days to post to a bank statement, as this is dependent on the financial institution and not on our merchant provider.


Refund requests will not be processed earlier than six weeks after the product has been delivered. We offer such a stellar refund policy because we truly believe in our products and want our customers to give them an honest and fair shot.
